Scientific Name: Polemonium reptans
Height: 18-36
Width: 18-36
Habitat: grows well in full sun or partial shade with fertile, humus-rich,moist,well-drained soil

Forms dense clump of basal foliage from which leafy upright stems emerge, topped with clusters of purple, blue or white flowers. Blooms late spring and early summer. Self-seeds readliy. Useful in borders and woodland gardens.
