Cut-leaf Coneflower

Scientific Name: Rudbeckia laciniata
Height: 4-10'
Width: 24-36
Habitat: Grows well in full sun or partial shade. The soil should be of average fertility and well drained.

Forms a large, open clump. The yellow flowers have green centers. Regular watering is best, but established plants are drought tolerant. Divide in spring or fall every three to five years. Seedheads are often left in place later in the season for winter interest and as food for birds in fall and winter.
