Dean Templeton was elected to the Board in 2002. Dean is self-employed in property and construction management. He and his wife, Maureen, have three children. Dean has lived in the Grand Traverse region for the past 33 years. His main interests include water quality, erosion control and land protection. As a property owner of farmland, as well as Long Lake and Boardman River frontage, he is very supportive of the DistrictÃs water quality work.
