Joe Elliott, Chairman
Joe Elliott served as an Associate Director on the District Board in 1996-97 and was appointed to the board as a full member early in 1998. He was then elected to his first full term in 1999 and is currently our Treasurer. He has volunteered for the past six years on stream bank stabilization projects on the Boardman River, both as an interested landowner and as a member of the Adams Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Joe is an engineer with Gourdie/Fraser and has worked with District staff on a number of conservation construction projects in the area.
