Seedling Pick-Up:
Seedlings will be available for pick-up on April 17 and 18 at the Grand Traverse Conservation District and Boardman River Nature Center, 1450 Cass Road.  You will receive an order confirmation, directions, and pick-up times by mail approximately one week before the pick-up date.

The Grand Traverse Conservation District reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments due to reasons beyond our control.  We cannot guarantee survival. Our liability ends when seedlings are picked up by the buyer or custom planter, or after the specified distribution dates (April 18). Staff will make every effort to make available orders not picked up by the distribution dates, but after those dates, the order will be considered cancelled and the customer will forfeit payment if not picked up.

Please Note:

+ It is unlawful for these trees, shrubs, and other plants to be resold with the roots attached, in accordance with the Insect Pest and Plant Disease Act, P.A. 189 of 1931, as amended.

+ If you live or own land outside of Grand Traverse County, we encourage you to purchase seedlings from your local Conservation District. Please call us at (231) 941-0960 if you need assistance in contacting your District office.

+  Due to the cost of processing refunds, refund amounts less than $5.00 will not be issued and will be considered donations to the District.

+ There will be a $15.00 charge on all returned checks.
