The Grand Traverse Conservation District (GTCD) has teamed
up with the Traverse Area Youth Corps to help you “Go Green”
through the GTCD’s annual tree and shrub seedling sale April
18-19, 2008. The Youth Corps is offering tree-planting services for
orders of 100 or more seedlings, for $50 per 100.
The GTCD has been fortunate enough to partner with The Youth
Corps in the completion of several parkland improvements such as
installation of steps and boardwalks, bridge construction, and trail
creation. The Youth Corps planted over 6,000 trees for customers
